The power of choice is a wonderful gift that each person has been given. We often do not look at it as a gift, but from this moment on you will never have the same feeling about it. The power of choice is very strong and with it comes a lot of responsibility. With each choice comes a consequence either good or bad. The decisions that affect our lives most are those that were not made by us directly but by others over the years, such as laws and rules that we have no control over.

 But this is not what we are talking about here. We are talking about the choice to make decisions over our lives and how that affects every aspect of our lives including those made by others. We have the choice to obey those rules and laws and yet sometimes we fail in making the right choice. You can see it around you each and everyday of your life. People are choosing the path they are headed.

Part of this simply is because we were all born with a fallen nature. Some people do not even realize that from birth we were destined to fall short. No one ever really thinks about that. Just look at all the successful people. If they had thought about it how would their lives have changed! The power of choice is offered so that we can change not only what is inside of us but things on the outside and things of this world.

Choice is the one thing that no one can take away from us.
